Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the Haha Hub mobile device application (the "Application")
By downloading or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is strongly recommended that you read them carefully before using the app. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, or tampering with the app, its components, or any associated trademarks. This includes attempts to extract the source code, translate the source code, or create derivative works. All rights (including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights) remain the property of the Service Provider.
Modifications and Charges
- The Service Provider strives to keep the app operational and efficient but reserves the right to modify the app or its services, or to introduce charges at any time. Any potential charges will be clearly communicated to users in advance.
Connectivity and Usage
- Some features of this app require an active internet connection, which may be via Wi-Fi or a mobile network. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from connectivity interruptions or exceeding your data limit.
- Please note that using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area may result in charges from your mobile provider, including roaming fees. By using this app, you agree to accept any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the app.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient battery and access to the app. The Service Provider is not liable for any issues arising from low battery or power loss.
- While the Service Provider strives to ensure the app is up to date and accurate, it relies on third-party data sources and is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the app's functionality.
Updates and Termination
- The Service Provider may release updates to improve functionality or meet system requirements. It is your responsibility to download and install updates to continue using the app.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with all versions of operating systems and may discontinue the app without prior notice. Upon termination:
- The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end.
- You must cease use of the app and remove it from your device if necessary.
Nature of Virtual Currency
The in-app virtual currency (referred to as "Points" or "Virtual Currency") is provided solely as a reward mechanism. It does not represent real money or any financial instrument. Points have no inherent cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards as defined by the Application.
Earning Points
Users may earn Points by completing tasks, activities, or through other legitimate means within the Application. Any attempt to earn Points through cheating, fraudulent registration, exploiting bugs, or other abnormal methods is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in forfeiture of Points and possible account suspension.
Redeeming Rewards
Users may redeem Points for rewards offered by the Application, including but not limited to digital gift cards, PayPal reward transfers (available only in supported regions), or other virtual rewards.
A minimum redemption threshold may apply.
The Platform reserves the right to review and, if necessary, reject redemption requests.
Rewards redeemed via PayPal require a valid PayPal account. The Service Provider is not responsible for PayPal’s availability, account issues, or transfer delays.
Account Termination
If a user violates these Terms of Service (including but not limited to cheating, abuse, or fraudulent behavior), the Platform may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the user’s account and forfeit all unused Points.
User-Generated Content and Conduct
You may be able to post, upload, or share comments, messages, or other content ("User Content") through the Application.
By submitting User Content, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the content you post.
- You will not post or share content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or discriminatory.
- You will not post spam, advertisements, or any misleading or fraudulent content.
- You will not impersonate others or infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any User Content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Reporting and Moderation
If you encounter objectionable or abusive content within the Application, you may report it using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly at viki19980201@163.com.
The Service Provider reviews all valid reports and will take appropriate actions within 24 hours, including removing the content or suspending offending accounts if necessary.
Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion at any time by tapping “Delete Account” in the app settings. This will redirect you to our website where you can submit a deletion request.
Once submitted, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Please note that this action is irreversible.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
Changes to These Terms
- These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly for updates. Revised terms will be posted here to keep users informed of any changes.
